AOS 4084 Granite is a black, fine-grained gabbro. When polished or water-washed, the stone appears almost black in colour. When flamed or bush-hammered, the black tone becomes lighter. When wet, the stone always appears deep black.
Korpilahti Black Granite is well suited for all types of outdoor surfaces, including cobblestones, patio slabs, stairs and façade cladding.
The stone is quarried in Korpilahti, Finland, and processed into finished products in Korpilahti, Orivesi, Tampere or Taivassalo.
