We do not manufacture the stone elements ourselves, but provide comprehensive guidelines that enable precast factories to successfully produce elements with natural stone surfaces. We also assist construction companies in tendering the production by recommending reliable and proven manufacturers.
How we work:
- Stone material selection and design support
We assist the client and the designer in selecting a stone that is both technically and visually suitable and meets the project’s requirements for durability and appearance. We also support the designer with details such as window recesses, corners and connections, ensuring an aesthetic and functional final result. - Design of stone elements
We support the project’s structural engineer in the preparation of element drawings. If required, our own designer can prepare element designs and production drawings for the factory. - Guidance for precast factories
We provide factories with clear instructions on techniques that ensure the secure anchoring of the stone. Detailed guidelines are delivered to ensure that the architect’s vision is reflected in the finished product. - Consultation during production
We consult factories throughout the production process to ensure a high-quality and durable final product. We also provide guidance regarding installation, as some natural stone installations require skilled stonemasonry. If needed, we can train factory personnel in proper stone installation techniques.

A natural stone-faced precast concrete panel is suitable for a wide range of façade solutions.
The panel consists of a relatively thin concrete shell with an outer surface clad in natural stone. It is fixed to the building’s load-bearing structure using steel fixings, meaning the panel does not carry vertical loads but functions as a façade layer and weather protection.

The sandwich structure consists of an inner concrete layer, thermal insulation, and an outer concrete layer, to which the natural stone is factory-applied. This allows for fast installation on site and ensures a durable, high-quality result.
